Design // Web // The Crucible

The challenge in designing this site was creating an interesting, interactive navigation system that best displayed the varying forms of artwork and literature. The purpose of the site was to feature the art/literature of the students, so the design, while elegant and artistic, could not detract from or compete with the art. The navigational menus present the essential information and highlight the individual meduims in a way that is creative yet simple and that emphasizes materials.
